Unlike a custom build made for one client, these are projects we design and develop ourselves first — a finished (or near-finished) site you can acquire outright, often faster and cheaper than commissioning something new.

Most web work starts with an empty folder and a three-to-six week wait. These don't. They're complete sites we've already designed and built — you look at the finished thing, decide if it fits, and take it over. Nobody is describing a website to you and asking you to imagine it.
The whole site and everything under it. Not a licence, not a subscription — the code becomes yours the day it changes hands.
The expensive part of a website isn't the code, it's the back-and-forth. Discovery calls, design rounds, revisions, sign-offs. On these, that work is already done.
It's the right call when you need to be online properly and soon, and the site type is a well-understood shape.
It's a real site, not a template you're stuck with. Anything on it can be changed, because it's actual code.
Buy one of these if the shape fits and you want to move quickly — you save weeks and a good chunk of the cost. Commission a custom build if you need something the shelf doesn't hold: a booking system tied to your existing software, a members area, a shop with unusual rules, a streaming or gifting platform. Both end up as hand-written code you own outright. The only real difference is how much of it existed before you arrived.
